A reputed Construction company in Qatar requires the following job vacancies
Cost Accountant
-
Cost accountant with Construction / Contracting background
-
Minimum of 5 years gulf experience with overall 10 years in cost control and cost reduction
-
Ascertainment of cost
-
Ascertaining the profit of each activity, Assisting management in decision making
Quantity Surveyor
-
Minimum of 10 years appropriate gulf experience with contractors to handle all projects QS function
-
Prepare various Quantity Surveying documents including budgets, Bill of quantities for all disciplines and Costs estimates
-
Liaise with project team
-
Prepare award of contracts, draft project related correspondences and check contract documents
-
Experience in road works will be added advantage
Financial Controller / Finance Manager
-
Minimum of 12 years appropriate gulf experience with construction / Contracting background to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparations as well as development of internal control policies and procedures
-
Manage accounting and monitor internal controls
Hr Manager
-
Minimum of 15 years experience with at least 10 years in HR field to maintains & enhances the organizations Human Resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations policies, Procedures and keen knowledge of labor law

Must be a degree qualified from an accredited institution and Human Resources Management skills
