Job Responsibilities
-
One should must have Theme Park / Water Park experience.
-
Experience of managing large project teams with multiple stakeholders.
-
Must have knowledge of design management and the process of design.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Sound technical knowledge of both building design and construction methodology.
-
Ability to identify engineering grey areas and provide a solution.
-
Can Attend meetings with consultants, contribute to meetings, manage and record minutes for full coordination between all disciplines.
-
Supervise and manage distribution of design information to all relevant parties in timely manner.
-
Supervise design deliverables according to project priorities and agreed time schedule.
-
One should have minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, with 3 years in the GCC.
