Description
We are a fashion luxury label with a strong international presence seeking a strong female candidate having experience in high-end fashion brands to play an influential role in the organization by opening our first shop in the UAE in Dubai
Job Responsibilities
-
Achieve the brand's objectives and monthly sales targets

Recruit train, manage and appraise retail team

Execute and maintain store operations and customer service standards and other directives set by the brand

Responsible for the inventory and ensuring goods are maintained in great condition

Responsible for effective reporting back to HQ

Represent the values of the brand and inspire store subordinates and clients

Use entrepreneurial skills to develop the business
Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years retail experience preferably in high-end fashion

Self-driven, customer focused and target oriented

Good command of both written and spoken English and Arabic

Good communication and interpersonal skills
