Rafum Group is expanding its manufacturing and is looking for a highly motivated and result oriented individual for its manufacturing unit for the following position

Manager Operations

The selected candidate shall perform as under
Manage the overall shoe factory operations
Plan and manage the production with quality and timely completion
The candidate should have at least Bachelor's degree from an HEC recognized institute
Must have minimum 6 years of production and operation experience of footwear
35-45 years
The successful candidate will have knowledge of shoe factory processes, technology & techniques for manufacturing of men and women shoes
