Job Responsibilities
-
Welcome, greet and assist visitors
-
Manage telephone calls in a professional manner ensuring effective communication
-
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
-
Handle inquires, offers requests, appointments and other related information
-
Organize and assist travel, hotel, transportation arrangements and events
-
Maintain filling system
-
Assist the Managing Director with scheduling meetings, minutes of meetings, reports, presentations, filling and other required tasks
Qualifications
-
Superior Education preferable
-
Previous experience as receptionist, personal assistant and customer service
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
-
Proficient with MS Office
-
Procurement tasks experience would be an advantage
