Job Requirements

Effectively manage distributor / customer and their operations
Ensure achievement of agreed targets for the assigned area
Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
Implement brands, promotion and other plans in the territory
Coach. motivates and develop Distributors and direct sales force
Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e Customer, Field
To ensure product delivery on time to customer
To ensure product availability and visibility
Must be from an FMCG food category background

Job Skills

Must be Graduate
3-4 years of hands on experience in General trade segment of an FMCG Organization
