Description
Leading Cargo Company needed Customer Services Manager in their Karachi office.
Job Responsibilities
-
From Customer Airlines’ Perspective he make sure the efficient and effective operation of all the cargo operations.
-
Classify and manage problems with in the cargo handling operation and organize resources to ensure the resolution of issues at the same time as ensuring that safety, security and costs are maintained at acceptable levels.

Perform regular service audits on a shift basis to make sure compliance with service standards / safe working practices, providing regular feedback and recommendations to the management.

Expand and maintain relationships with Airport Authority and border agencies (customs etc) to smooth the progress of handling of all customer cargo shipments.

Any other tasks assigned by the VP or Cargo Manager.
