Under new management Pakistan Stock exchange is embarking on an ambitious transformation program that seeks to considerably increase the investor base and unlock the development potential of Pakistan's capital market. Enhanced investor protection, adherence to best international practices, new products, a new trading platform, streamlined account documentation and more investor outreach and education are top PSX priorities

In this content we are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our ongoing operations

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and lead PSX operational functions, including companies affairs, TREC holder Affairs, R & Administration
Design and implement business strategies plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Establish polices that promote company culture and vision
Oversee daily operations of PSX and the work of executives
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

Required Skills

Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing etc
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics
Excellent interpersonal skills

Qualification

Should have relevant degree in Finance, Business Management or other related fields
Proven experience as COO or relevant role at a securities exchange or in the regulated financial services sector
