Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

18+ years of experience, out of which 10+ years must have been in a senior HR management role at large corporates. A graduate degree (16 years’ equivalent) preferably in Business/Public Administration or Human Resource Management. Demonstrated HR management leadership experience in a large corporate setting. Knowledge of country’s laws and regulations and would have demonstrated effective understanding of the same in previous positions. Must have experience of handling CBAs.
