Job Duties
Sous Chef

Cooking and preparing food

Purchasing food including shopping as necessary

Assisting the Residence Manager in planning menus

Serving or assisting with serving as the occasion demands

Maintaining a clean work area, including areas of food preparation and storage areas and performing other related duties as assigned
Steward
Cleaning

Washing dishes and clothes and preparing laundry answering the telephone and taking messages and performing other related duties as assigned
Work Schedule

Both position have 44 hour per work week
Qualification Required
Sous Chef

Completion of secondary school required

A minimum of two years of experience as a Sous Chef required

Steward
